What do ice cream and avocado have in common? Not much, but this avocado smoothie actually tastes a bit like a milkshake. We add this delicious drink to many of our meals. With the amount of Indian cooking that happens in our home, this treat also helps to cool things down when they get a bit too spicy. Only 4 ingredients, its quick and easy with less guilt than a typical milkshake. You can skip the dessert while still feeling indulgent. THINK GREEN.
1 ripe avocado
1 cup skim milk (we like a thinner consistency so please add/decrease per taste)
2 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk, more per taste
6-8 ice cubes
Blend and enjoy!
